Catalyst coffees are experimental micro-lots produced in very limited quantities. Once a lot sells out, it will not be recreated again that season.

Every lot comes with complete transparency. You receive detailed information including farm location (GPS), harvest dates, picking weights, and a clear breakdown of how the coffee was processed.

Sealed for Freshness

All green coffee is packed in 5 lb vacuum-sealed bricks to protect quality, prevent moisture exposure, and preserve the coffee at its peak.

Buy What You Need — or the Entire Lot

Lots are available in 5 lb increments, or you can purchase the entire lot. Buying the full lot gives you global exclusivity — no other roaster will have access to that coffee.

Optional Roasting, On Us

If you choose, we can precision roast your coffee at no additional cost. Roasted coffee is packaged in retail-ready 1 lb nano-lot bags.

Verified Ownership

Each purchase includes a physical Certificate of Origin showing your specific lot ID and the volume you own.
